Senior Quantity Surveyor – Role Overview The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of projects within the healthcare and education sectors. The role will involve working with JCT, Design & Build, and NEC contracts, ensuring the financial success of projects valued up to £30M. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in cost control, contract management, and project efficiency.
