Senior Quantity Surveyor

I'm currently working with a well-established Tier 1 main contractor that’s actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a project-based role in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid 2-stage tendering experience and a background in Education sector schemes valued between £10m and £40mil This role offers a strong mix of site-based responsibility with some flexibility for occasional remote working. You'll be part of a high-performing commercial team working across major education framework projects. The company has a strong pipeline across the South and London and is known for delivering complex, high-quality schemes. • Experience running your own projects or taking commercial lead within a team • Previous exposure to 2-stage tendering processes • Strong background with JCT contracts (education or public sector frameworks ideal) • Able to manage packages, reporting, forecasting, and lead junior team members • HNC / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field • Familiar with platforms like COINS, Commercial Manager, or similar If you’re a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or a Project QS ready for the next step) looking to work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment — this one is definitely worth a conversation
