Plant Supervisor - Avonmouth | £39,899 + Company Vehicle Are you a driven and experienced supervisor with a passion for operations, logistics, and people management? Our client is looking for a dynamic Plant Supervisor to join their busy Avonmouth site. If you're a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills and thrive under pressure, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Working closely with the Plant Manager, you'll take ownership of daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing raw material orders and stock levels * Overseeing shift handovers and task completion * Supporting transport planning and coordinating with Head Office * Scheduling shifts and managing holiday cover * Enforcing Health & Safety protocols across the site * Addressing driver-related issues (tachographs, hours, regulations) * Leading and supervising plant operatives in their daily duties What We’re Looking For: We’re after a proactive and hands-on leader who can hit the ground running.
