Sales Executive


Involve Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in solar energy, battery storage, EV charging, and electrical maintenance. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive revenue growth across solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and maintenance services. * Identify and engage with potential clients in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors (B2B opportunities). * Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solutions. * Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels. * Attend site visits and client meetings to discuss project requirements and offer solutions. * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations. * Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery. * Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the business's overall growth. * Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions through CRM software. * Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates. * Ensure timely turnaround of quotes and diligent follow-up with clients and the team. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Key Skills & Experience: * Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the renewable energy, electrical services, or related industries. * Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, battery storage solutions, EV charging infrastructure, and electrical maintenance. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement. * Strong commercial acumen and ability to work towards financial targets. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. * Experience using CRM tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc. * Full UK driving license. Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. * Industry certifications or experience in the renewable energy sector would be advantageous. * Technical knowledge of solar, battery storage, and EV charging solutions. * Familiarity with UK Renewable Energy Policies. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
