Chartered Building Surveyor

The Building Surveyor position is for an established Birmingham, Cheltenham & Oxford based consultancy practice who work on projects in all sectors of the built environment.

The role is for a Chartered Building Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:

• Professional services
  • Diplapidations, condition reports etc
• Project based work
  • Instructions
  • Variations
  • Contract administration

Requirements for the Building Surveyor role are:

• Minimum of 4 years experience.
• Experience in all sectors of the built environemnt.
• Autonomously running projects.
• Consultancy experience.
