Job Title: Pipefitters Commercial M&E Project
Location: Aberystwyth

We are working in partnership with a leading UK building services and maintenance company , renowned for delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical (M&E) solutions across commercial and public sector projects. Due to continued success and a significant new contract award, we are currently recruiting several experienced Pipefitters to join their team on a major university campus project.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile commercial M&E installation. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for the installation of screwed iron pipework and associated systems within a live university environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of screwed iron pipework for heating and chilled water systems

• Working to technical drawings and project specifications

• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborating with other trades and site supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pipefitter in commercial building services / M&E projects

• Skilled in screwed iron pipework installation

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical Engineering Services (Pipefitting) or equivalent

• Skill card

• IPAF and PASMA tickets (desirable but not essential)

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
