Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Monday - Friday 42,000 + Package Holborn, Central London Static Role Commercial environments.

Due to increased site demand, we are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician / Electrical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance duties to electrical and HVAC systems within the landlord areas of a large, corporate, commercial environment based in Holborn, London.

Package Summary:

• Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
• Salary: 46,000
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm.
• Package: 30 days paid annual leave, company pension, uniform, phone etc.

Requirements:

• Must be a fully qualified Electrician, to one of the following standards or equivalent; NVQ Level 3, C&G 2330 Level 3, C&G 2360 Part 2 etc.
• Up to date electrical regulations - 18th edition.
• Must have experience working within commercial maintenance / commercial property services.
• Must have a decent understanding of HVAC and general commercial plant equipment.
