Mental Health Nurse

Tripod Partners are looking for a Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join a community mental health team in Salisbury. This role involves delivering psychologically informed care to adults in an outpatient community setting. The successful candidate will carry a caseload, complete assessments and reviews, and provide evidence-based interventions in line with NICE guidance. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out initial mental health assessments and ongoing reviews for referred patients. * Deliver therapeutic interventions and contribute to mental health promotion within the community team. * Maintain accurate clinical records and liaise effectively with GPs and referring professionals. * Take part in clinical supervision, governance initiatives, and team meetings. Position Details: Location: Salisbury Duration: 3 months minimum Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 Pay Rate: £26.35 per hour Work Pattern: Monday to Friday Requirements: * NMC registered Mental Health Nurse. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mental health role. * Experience working in adult community mental health services. * Familiarity with delivering NICE-recommended psychological interventions
