Senior Site Manager

Location: Bristol (projects within 1-hour radius) Salary: Up to £65,000 + benefits Job Type: Permanent Start Date: ASAP Qualifications Required: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid We’re working with a respected regional contractor with exciting growth plans across the South West, who are looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager to support delivery of a new £9 million community centre and hub in Bristol. This permanent role will see you join the project team as a number two to the Project Manager, overseeing a high-profile build including community spaces, event areas, and associated infrastructure. About the Role: * Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades and subcontractors * Ensuring programme, quality, and health & safety are maintained * Supporting the Project Manager with progress reporting and team leadership * Delivering to high standards on a public-facing project Requirements: * Strong experience delivering commercial or public sector new build projects * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (essential) * Experience with regional or Tier 1 contractors preferred * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to travel within the Bristol region (within 1 hour)
