We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Behaviour Mentor to join our team and work with students who experience SEMH challenges. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students in managing their emotions and behaviour, helping them to engage with learning, and fostering their social and emotional development. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to create and implement behaviour support plans that allow each student to thrive in a positive and structured environment.
