Inventory Controller

The role:

You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive spare parts in order to maintain and operate their equipment at peak levels.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background with an in-depth understanding of technical specifications and drawings. Previous experience in spare parts or inventory control in an engineering environment is essential.

To be successful in the role you will need:-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Organised with ability to prioritise own workload
  • Calm under pressure
  • Good judgement and initiative
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Competent user of software packages particularly Microsoft (Word, Excel and Outlook) and IFS
