Auth0 Product Owner

Role: Auth0 Product Owner
Location: Crawley (5 days on-site)
Contract-based role inside IR35
Duration: 6 months + possible extension

What You'll Do

• Own the implementation and ongoing management of Auth0 across a large-scale digital product environment.

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap, and life cycle for identity and access management solutions.

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly authentication services.

• Monitor security risks, incidents, and system performance , ensuring high availability and rapid incident resolution.

• Work within a governance and compliance framework to ensure service-level requirements are met.

You Should Have

• Proven hands-on experience with Auth0 , ideally in an enterprise environment.

• Solid understanding of product ownership and life cycle management .

• Background in Security Operations within a complex, multinational setting .

• Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Experience monitoring, securing, and improving network, system, cloud, and application architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the Auth0 product roadmap .

• Ensure security architecture complies with standards and policies.

• Proactively identify threats, risks, and indicators of compromise.

• Lead on incident/problem resolution , ensuring service recovery and improvement.

• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams.

• Manage service levels, performance monitoring, and continual improvement.

• Drive value, cost-efficiency, and business alignment in Auth0 capabilities.
