I m working with a well-established regional contractor who focus on a range of education, health & commercial projects. They ve built excellent working relationships with a lot of the local public bodies and tend to work on projects to circa GBP2m in value.

They ve asked me to source a Site Manager to start immediately on a new build scheme near Knowsley.

You ll mainly be tasked with looking after the building from roof to completion and this will be a temporary position running until mid-Summer.

We are looking for somebody who has worked on new build commercial projects ideally for public sector bodies, you ll also need to hold a valid SMSTS & First Aid.

Rates will be negotiable but around the GBP25.00 - GBP30.00 an hour mark. If this proves of interest please forward a copy of your CV.
