Maintenance Surveyor

We are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to oversee repairs, damp, and complex repairs within our housing portfolio. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality housing standards, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre and post inspections of works to ensure quality and compliance.

• Undertake damp surveys and provide recommendations for remediation.

• Diagnose defects and identify necessary structural repairs

• Oversee the delivery of works on-site , ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations .

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in managing either responsive repairs or voids .

• Proven track record as a surveying professional .

• Strong defect diagnosis skills.

• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
