Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a refurbishment and extension project in Worcester on a freelance basis. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role would suit a well-rounded Site Manager who is confident dealing with clients and has a strong track record of managing projects through the finishing stages. Key Requirements: * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager * Strong client-facing and communication skills * Experience managing refurbishment and extension projects * Ability to drive projects through to completion and manage finishing trades effectively * Leisure centre experience is highly desirable * Available to start at short notice Essential Qualifications & Certifications: * Temporary Works Supervisor * SMSTS * Asbestos Awareness * Fire Warden * First Aid Recruitment Process: Candidates will be required to submit an up-to-date CV.
