School Caretaker - Primary School - Gainsborough Area Location: Gainsborough Area Pay: £14.50 - £16.50 per day Start Date: September 2026 Tradewind Recruitment are looking for an experienced School Caretaker to support a lovely village Primary School. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards across a school site. The hours for this role are flexible, the standard hours are 7am until 2pm. Duties Include * Daily site inspections * Minor maintenance and repair work * Monitoring contractors on site * Supporting site security procedures * Ensuring classrooms and communal areas are prepared for use Requirements Child Only DBS is essential for the role - DBS clearance or willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS check * Previous experience within a school, facilities or maintenance environment * Strong communication skills * Ability to respond effectively to site issues * Good understanding of safeguarding and health and safety Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
