R&M Supervisor

Utility Supervisor - R&M (Repair & Maintenance) Location: Lincoln (Anglian Water Region) £300-£350 a day We are currently recruiting for an experienced Utility Supervisor to oversee Repair & Maintenance (R&M) gangs working across the Anglian Water network in Lincoln. The Role As Utility Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing field-based teams, ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining client relationships, and driving performance across your gangs. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage R&M gangs on the Anglian Water contract Ensure all works are carried out in line with health, safety, and environmental standards Plan and coordinate workloads to meet client targets and KPIs Provide leadership, support, and guidance to operatives on site Carry out site audits, toolbox talks, and performance reviews Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Ensure accurate reporting and completion of all required documentation Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the utilities or water industry Strong knowledge of repair & maintenance works on water networks NRSWA Supervisor qualification (essential) Good understanding of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and team management skills Full UK driving licence What We Offer Competitive salary Company vehicle and fuel card Ongoing training and development Opportunity to work on a long-term Anglian Water contract Supportive and growing team environment
