Mechanical Project Manager - Cleanrooms & Life Sciences Lancashire | £68,000 - £73,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Mech Electrics are recruiting on behalf of a specialist Building Services and Engineering contractor delivering technically complex cleanroom, pharmaceutical, healthcare and advanced manufacturing projects throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to support the delivery of high-value mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. This opportunity would suit a Mechanical Project Manager with experience delivering HVAC, pipework and mechanical installations within the Building Services, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Advanced Manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities * Deliver mechanical building services projects safely and successfully * Manage project programmes and installation activities * Coordinate subcontractors and specialist suppliers * Attend client and design team meetings * Monitor project costs and commercial performance * Support commissioning and handover activities * Ensure compliance with quality and health & safety standards Requirements * Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager * Mechanical Building Services background * Experience delivering MEP projects * Strong client-facing communication skills * Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems * SMSTS preferred * Full UK Driving Licence Package * £68,000 - £73,000 Basic Salary * Car Allowance * Pension Scheme * Private Healthcare * Long-Term Career Development * Secure Project Pipeline
