Interim Deputy Headteacher Suitable to candidates in the following locations: Buckinghamshire/Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire/Oxfordshire Contract: Interim Start Date: ASAP A specialist education setting is seeking an experienced Interim Deputy Headteacher to provide strategic and operational leadership support. Key responsibilities include: Curriculum leadership and development Quality assurance and monitoring of teaching and learning Assessment, data and pupil progress tracking School improvement planning and implementation Staff deployment and operational leadership Safeguarding leadership support Supporting standards, outcomes and provision across the school Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Proven senior leadership experience within education Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment and school improvement Experience of safeguarding and leading teams Ability to drive standards and support whole-school development Experience within specialist, SEND or alternative provision settings would be advantageous.
