Site Manager – Cambridge – £55,000 + Company Van Fairmead are recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a regional main contractor delivering projects across Cambridge and the surrounding area. This is a permanent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, overseeing projects from site set-up through to completion. The Role * Managing day-to-day site operations * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard * Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers * Managing site logistics and health & safety * Monitoring quality and programme performance * Reporting progress to the Contracts Manager and client team Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor * Experience delivering new build and/or refurbishment projects * Strong leadership and organisational skills * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential) * Comfortable managing projects in busy city-centre environments Package * £55,000 salary * Company van * Permanent position * Long-term career progression * Established regional main contractor For a confidential discussion, please apply with your CV.
