Primary SEN Teacher - September 2026 Start | Hackney Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary SEN Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Hackney? We are currently working with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Hackney that is seeking a committed Primary SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary SEN Teacher or a mainstream teacher with a strong interest in special educational needs to join a school that places inclusion at the heart of everything it does. The Role As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs Create and implement personalised learning strategies and interventions Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeedWhat We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification Experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and differentiated learning Excellent communication and teamwork skills A patient, resilient, and proactive approach A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs to achieve their full potentialAbout the School This is a well-regarded, community-focused primary school in Hackney, known for its inclusive ethos and commitment to supporting every child.
