Supply Chain Manager Up to £40,000 Plus Bonus (£44K OTE) Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Southam We are working with a growing business who is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to bring structure, reliability and visibility to its supply chain. This role is being introduced to strengthen the team, improve planning and ensure customers receive a dependable service. What you’ll be doing -Managing MRP to maintain accurate material planning -Overseeing warehouse and logistics operations to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods -Handling direct material purchasing and supplier coordination -Streamlining logistics processes to improve cost and delivery performance -Building relationships with logistics partners -Owning stock control, accuracy, traceability and safety stock levels What Experience do you need? -Experience managing warehouse, logistics or transport operations -Solid understanding of inventory management and goods-in/goods-out -Experience with ERP systems -Counterbalance licence -A friendly, team‑focused approach and the ability to work well in a fast‑moving environment Benefits -£40,000 salary -Annual bonus -25 days holiday plus bank holidays -Company pension -Life insurance -Health cover -Discounted gym membership If this sounds like the role for you then APPLY NOW!
