Warehouse Operative / FLT

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT / Warehouse Operative . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Key Responsibilities * Operating Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently. * Loading and unloading deliveries. * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch. * Receiving and booking in goods. * Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. * Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records. * Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe at all times. * Conducting routine FLT safety checks and reporting any issues. * Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets and customer deadlines. Requirements * Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance ). * Previous warehouse and forklift truck operating experience. * Good attention to detail and organisational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong awareness of health and safety procedures. * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
