A1 Labour are seeking an experienced Estimating Manager on behalf of our client who are a well revered Construction Principal Contractor. The Estimating Manager is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for construction projects. The role works closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams to help secure new projects and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications * Prepare estimates, cost plans, and tender submissions * Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotations * Carry out site visits when required * Attend tender review and project handover meetings * Support value engineering and cost-saving opportunities * Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions * Provide support and guidance to other team members * Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors * Undertake any other duties required to support the business Skills & Experience * Experience in a construction estimating role * Strong understanding of construction costs and procurement * Ability to interpret drawings and specifications * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Good communication and teamwork skills * Competent in Microsoft Office and estimating software If you are interested in this opportunity and feel you are a suitable match, please apply for further information.
