Freelance Electrical Co-ordinator / Engineer 📍 Deeside 📅 6 Months+ 💰 Competitive Day Rate We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Co-ordinator / Engineer to support delivery on a major industrial construction project in Deeside. This is a long-term freelance opportunity working on a high-value, technically complex development, supporting the management and delivery of electrical packages through to completion and handover. Key Responsibilities * Co-ordination of electrical installation activities across site * Managing and reviewing electrical documentation and technical submissions * Supporting testing, commissioning and handover processes * Ensuring all QA, O&M manuals and as-built information are completed correctly * Liaising with subcontractors, commissioning teams and project management * Oversight of LV distribution systems, switchgear and associated electrical infrastructure * Monitoring progress against programme and resolving technical issues where required Requirements * Previous experience working as an Electrical Co-ordinator, Electrical Engineer or similar on large-scale industrial or major construction projects * Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and switchgear * Experience managing project documentation, QA processes and handover packs * Ability to work closely with site teams, subcontractors and commissioning engineers * Good communication and organisational skills * ECS / CSCS preferred Role Details * Freelance / contract position * Immediate start available * Long-term opportunity * Competitive day rate
