Electrical Project Manager - London - Permanent Position Manage the delivery of electrical projects by coordinating trade packages, sub-contractors and suppliers. Work closely with Project and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and coordinate electrical works packages, sub-contractors and suppliers across multiple projects. * Ensure projects are delivered to agreed quality, programme and site standards. * Review project designs, assess buildability and provide practical electrical solutions. * Monitor site works and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and housekeeping. * Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, Construction Design and Management requirements, Building Control Regulations and disability access requirements. * Manage technical submissions, approvals, drawings and project documentation. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, building management teams and adjoining tenants to ensure smooth project delivery. * Attend pre-site reviews, kick-off meetings, contractor meetings and regular site visits. * Maintain financial control through procurement management, purchase orders, cost monitoring and change management. * Produce weekly project status reports and maintain accurate project records. * Compile and issue operation and maintenance manuals, as-built drawings and test certificates within required timescales. * Ensure projects are completed free of defects at handover and practical completion. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Qualified Electrician with City and Guilds 236 Part 1 and Part 2. * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification. * Knowledge of commercial electrical installation methods. * Good commercial awareness and financial understanding. * Strong organisational and project management skills. * Ability to manage and coordinate different stakeholders and contractors involved in project delivery. * Understanding of Health and Safety and Construction Design and Management requirements Eden Brown is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
