Commercial Gas Engineer

Position: Mobile Gas Engineer Location: Merseyside Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £44,000 Basic. Mon-Fri Days. Plus package. Looking for Engineers with experience of Commercial Gas Appliances and commercial building PPM schedules, and reactive works to join a facilities and maintenance team in the Liverpool & Merseyside area. Key Responsibilities: ·        Be an integral part of the mobile maintenance team, offering gas competency to the facilities and estates ·        Implement PPM on boilers, related plant, and other mechanical services. ·        Undertake minor project works on boiler equipment. ·        Provide in-depth reports on predictive timings for remedial works and life cycle condition assessments. ·        Offer a high level of technical and hands-on support while communicating daily with clients. ·        Participate in out-of-hours on-call rotations and promptly respond to reactive maintenance issues. ·        Coordinate with visiting specialist sub-contractors related to mechanical facets of the PPM schedules.
