Project Manager A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major project in Great Dunmow. This Project Manager role offers long-term freelance work on a high-value scheme, providing excellent stability and the chance to be part of a flagship build. About the role of Project Manager As Project Manager, you will oversee delivery on a major £84m scheme based in Great Dunmow (CM6). You will be working alongside a strong site and commercial team, managing packages and ensuring programme, quality, and safety standards are achieved through to completion in December 2027. Responsibilities for Project Manager * Oversee day-to-day site operations and drive programme delivery * Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard * Work closely with commercial and design teams to keep the project on track * Ensure all health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained Requirements for Project Manager * Proven experience working with a Tier 1 contractor * Strong track record delivering high-value construction projects * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Ability to manage programme, cost, and quality effectively This client is a well-established Tier 1 contractor known for delivering large-scale, high-profile projects across the UK.
