Anderson Knight is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation in Dundee to recruit an Internal Salesperson. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support * Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing a professional and responsive service. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives. * Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion, identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer satisfaction. * Generate and nurture sales leads through outbound calls, follow-up activity, and proactive customer engagement. * Provide customers with product information, machine specifications, pricing, and sales support. Administration & Coordination * Maintain accurate customer records and ensure CRM and internal systems are updated effectively. * Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and reports while supporting wider sales administration activities. * Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and transport schedules to meet customer expectations and operational requirements. * Work closely with internal departments, including Parts, Service, and Administration, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Business & Team Support * Assist with the planning and coordination of trade shows, customer events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns. * Support machine handovers, demonstrations, and customer visits when required. * Contribute to the continued success and efficiency of the sales function through a proactive and flexible approach. About You * Previous experience within internal sales, customer service, sales support, sales administration, or a similar commercial role. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach. * Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident using CRM systems. * Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset. * Previous experience or an interest in agriculture, machinery, construction, engineering, or a related sector would be advantageous.
