Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. * Draft, review, and prepare a range of legal documentation, including dispositions, contracts, leases, and settlement documents. * Conduct title examinations, property searches, and due diligence investigations. * Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions. * Maintain accurate and compliant case records throughout the conveyancing process. * Assist with settlements, registrations, and post-completion matters. * Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver successful outcomes and a high standard of client care. About You * Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar property law role. * Strong understanding of Scottish residential and/or commercial conveyancing procedures. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-focused approach. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent client service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
