The Role As a Graduate Electronics Engineer, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, contributing to the design, development and testing of electronic products from concept through to production. Your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with electronic circuit design and development * Supporting PCB schematic capture, layout and testing activities * Developing and debugging embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems * Conducting product validation, verification and fault-finding activities * Supporting prototype builds and laboratory testing * Producing technical documentation and engineering reports * Collaborating with hardware, software and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle What We're Looking For We're looking for enthusiastic graduates with a passion for electronics and technology. You'll ideally have: * A degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems or a related discipline * A strong understanding of electronic circuit principles * Exposure to PCB design tools through university projects or placements * Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development * Experience with C/C++ programming would be advantageous * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn Experience with any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential: * PCB layout software (Altium, KiCad, Eagle or similar) * Microcontrollers and embedded firmware development * Digital and analogue electronics * Communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART or CAN * Test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters and logic analysers What You'll Receive * Structured graduate training and mentoring * Exposure to the full product development lifecycle * Hands-on experience with real engineering projects * Opportunities to develop specialist technical expertise * Ongoing professional development and career progression * A collaborative and innovative engineering environment Why Join Us?
