We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Manchester Sectors: Commercial hospital refurb Dayrate: £270 per day - to potentially increase on full project start Duration: Short term then long term following We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for a hospital refurb pre-start, to oversee the initial pre-start surveys and validations. The manager will be looking after the site, completing permits etc. We will then look to keep the manager on for the full project on a £1m ward refurbishment. Previous hospital experience is preferred. Duties of the Freelance Site Manager: Oversee hospital refurb pre-start surveys and validations Work alongside Project Director daily Submitting permits and approvals Liaising with commercial team and client Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Liaise with client regularlyRequired Qualifications/Experience of the Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager (tier 1 experience or experience in commercial) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position Previous experience working on a hospital is preferred UK driving licence and access to own vehicleWhat's on offer Day rate Weekly pay on a FridayHow to apply Please apply to this advert with your CV or call Sam on (phone number removed)
