Senior Electrical Engineer

Enpure Ltd are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing business! A bit about the role requirements - * Experience of inspection and assessment of existing LV electrical installations, including MCCs and Power distribution arrangements * Ability to work with engineers from all disciplines to optimise and develop bespoke, 'value for money' and innovative designs. * Experience in the delivery of water designs and specifications on water related projects for Water Companies or similar * Appreciation of the implications of works on the environment and knowledge of sustainable solutions * Knowledge of LV and HV electrical systems Professional Membership and Qualifications: * HNC or HND or professional qualification in electrical engineering * 18th Edition Electrical About you! * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good report writing skills. * Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to ensure that timescales are met * Good problem solving/contingency planning skills with ability to find quick, innovative and practical solutions * Able to work collaboratively with others to form strong positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors. * Able to recognise own impact on others and adapt approach where appropriate * Demonstrate pride in work, through accurate timely delivery What’s in it for you! * 36 hour week (Mon to Fri) with flexible working hours * Hybrid working – 3 days office based and 2 WFH * 24 days holiday increasing to 27 days max after 5 years plus 8 bank holidays * Holiday Trade Scheme – option to sell/buy an additional 5 days * Pension – employee pays 5% company pays 8% (increases to 10% after 5 years) * Private healthcare - for all employees * Life Assurance – 6x salary (when join pension scheme) * Perkbox benefits – discounts on major brands and monthly vouchers * Discounted membership at Nuffield Health gyms * Long Service Award Scheme If you believe you have the skill set required, are keen to join a business with genuine opportunities for career progression please apply now
