Behaviour Mentor - Redbridge Start: September Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Pay: £100-£120 per day We are working with specialist SEMH and alternative provisions in Redbridge who are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with complex behavioural needs. This is a rewarding role where you'll be supporting young people to rebuild confidence, manage emotions, and re-engage with education. Key responsibilities: Providing consistent 1:1 behaviour mentoring Supporting emotional regulation and reflection Helping pupils re-engage with learning activities Building positive, professional relationships Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff What we're looking for: Experience in behaviour support, mentoring or youth-facing roles Strong relationship-building skills Calm, steady and resilient personality Understanding of SEMH or trauma-informed approaches Sports/coaching background is a bonus Why Redbridge: Redbridge schools often have strong support systems and clear behaviour structures - a great environment for developing long-term SEMH experience
