Job Title: Construction Recruitment Consultant About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing skilled construction professionals across a variety of projects. You will work closely with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities * Source, screen, and interview candidates for construction-related positions. * Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding. * Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified construction professionals, including laborers, tradespeople, supervisors, engineers, and project managers. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates. * Advertise vacancies through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts. * Conduct reference checks and verify qualifications and certifications. * Coordinate interviews and negotiate employment offers. * Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database. * Stay informed about construction industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices. Requirements * Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or trades sector. * Strong understanding of construction roles and industry requirements. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Strong sourcing and networking abilities. Preferred Qualifications * Experience recruiting for skilled trades, civil engineering, commercial construction, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of construction certifications and compliance requirements. * Existing network within the construction industry.
