Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern covering days and nights. 12-hour shifts averaging 42 hours per week. Job Description: As an Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining plant performance and reliability across a busy manufacturing facility. The successful Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance activities while supporting continuous improvement projects. Key responsibilities include: * Planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production and plant equipment * Electrical fault finding on PLCs, drives, motors and control systems * Mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors and rotating equipment * Supporting plant efficiency and minimising downtime * Assisting with continuous improvement and reliability projects * Installation and commissioning of new equipment * Maintaining accurate maintenance records * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures Skills & Experience: To be considered for this Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician position, you should have: * A completed apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering * Strong electrical fault-finding experience within manufacturing or industry * Knowledge of PLC fault finding (Siemens experience advantageous) * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings * Experience working within a fast-paced production environment * 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred) * A proactive approach and strong team-working skills Why Should You Apply?
