Maintenance Engineer

An opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join our friendly and supportive team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in a food manufacturing environment. Description * Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimise downtime * Diagnose and repair faults in machinery * Work with production teams to optimise performance and food safety * Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance activities * Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery * Provide technical support and guidance to other team members * Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, activities, including work completed Profile * Experience in a similar maintenance role in a maufacturing industry * Diagnostic and problem solving skills * Knowledge of health and safety regulaions in a manufacturing environment * Strong organisational and communication skills * A proactive and flexible approach to work Whats on offer * Starting salary of £35,000 * Free on site parking * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Cafe * Pension scheme * 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, no shift patterns, no weekends
