We are recruiting for a 6-month fixed-term contract for an HR Advisor to join a small, collaborative HR team within a growing, technology-driven environment based in Newark. The Role Working as part of a team of 3 HR professionals, you’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping to maintain and improve HR systems and processes. This is a broad generalist position, including: * Supporting managers with employee relations queries * Managing onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes * Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy * Supporting absence management and HR reporting * Assisting with policy updates and HR documentation * Getting involved in HR projects and system improvements * General HR administration and employee lifecycle support About You We are looking for someone who is: * An HR Advisor or HR Administrator ready to step up * Available immediately or on short notice for a 6-month FTC * Comfortable working in a small, busy HR team * Confident with HR systems and keen to improve processes * A strong communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels * Pragmatic, organised, and able to manage competing priorities This would suit someone earlier in their HR career who is looking to build experience in a modern, fast-moving environment rather than someone late-career or purely strategic.
