Financial Controller

Financial Controller Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an exciting PE backed business based High Wycombe to source a Financial Controller to join their shared service centre permanently. Duties The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring supplier and subcontractor transactions are processed accurately, maintain strong supplier relationships, financial integrity and robust processes. Requirements: * ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified * Experience working in a PE or VC backed business * Lead and oversee SSC finance operations of 20 people across AP, AR, Payroll, and Management Accounting. * Monitor SSC KPIs and operational performance metrics * Deliver management accounts * Manage cash flow activities Salary + other information: * £75,000 - £85,000 * Based in High Wycombe * Hybrid working arrangement - 3 days in the office 2 days from home If you are interested in the role, please apply!
