Site Manager - Timber Frame Structures Location: London Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits The Opportunity We are working with a rapidly growing, market-leading structural specialist delivering innovative timber frame solutions across high-profile projects in sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager with expertise in timber frame construction to join their expanding team. The Role As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on-site, managing timber frame structural installations from erection through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders.
