Production Operative

Production Operatives required in Tewkesbury, working within a factory environment. Monday to Friday, weekly rotating shifts (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:30 / 22:00–06:00), offering £12.71 – £15.89 per hour depending on shift. The Role Working as a Production Operative, you will be working within a busy factory environment supporting a range of production processes. The roles are varied and will involve operating automated lines and/or advanced machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Working on an automated/automotive production line Operating and assisting with high-tech equipment, including CNC machines and laser imaging machinery Running and monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation Handling components and materials within a factory environment Working safely around chemicals, following strict health & safety procedures Carrying out quality checks and addressing basic production issues Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a production environment. Previous factory or manufacturing experience is essential A good working attitude with a strong willingness to learn Excellent attention to detail Strong understanding of health & safety Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure Comfortable working around machinery and chemicals Shift Pattern & Pay Day Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 – £12.71 per hour Mid Shift: 14:00 – 22:30 – £15.26 per hour Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 – £15.89 per hour (may not be required as this is dependant if you are put on nightshift full time - usual shifts rotate between Day & Mid) Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked What’s on Offer: Monday to Friday rotating shifts PPE provided Full internal training Permanent employment opportunity Supportive working environment with long-term career progression Interested?
