We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a well-established and growing main contractor, to oversee multiple social housing projects across North Wales. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high quality projects across the region. The Role The successful candidate will have a background in social housing projects and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations. Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Project Manager Manage daily site activities and coordinate sub-contractors Ensure works are delivered in line with the programme and budget Maintain high standards of health and safety across site Liaise with project managers, consultants and subcontractors Monitor quality and ensure works meet specifications Maintain site documentation and progress reportsRequirements Proven experience working as a site manager on social housing projects Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors Exceptional communication skills Good ability to problem solve Essential Certifications SMSTS CSCS card First Aid at workDesirable Certifications Fire Marshall training Asbestos AwarenessIf you are an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity in the North Wales area, please complete an application
