Forklift Driver Warehouse Operative

You must have FLT experience to be considered for this role We are looking for a number of FLT drivers to start immediately. Various hours / shifts available Responsibilities * Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse management system (WMS) equipment to load and unload goods * Handle materials with care, ensuring safe and accurate transportation within the warehouse * Assist in shipping and receiving activities, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments * Conduct mechanical checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance * Perform heavy lifting tasks safely, adhering to health and safety regulations * Organise materials for storage or dispatch, maintaining accurate records of inventory movements * Support construction or maintenance activities as required within the warehouse premises * Ensure work areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards Skills * Proven experience operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) * Strong understanding of materials handling procedures and safety protocols * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment * Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes, including load & unload operations * Physical strength for heavy lifting tasks and long periods of standing or moving around the warehouse * Good organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment For more information please call Nikki or Callum on (phone number removed)
