Forklift Warehouse Operative Full-Time | Permanent Position | £15.70 per Hour Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence? Night Shift * 10:00pm – 6:30am * 5 shifts per week * Working across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis * Saturday nights typically off The Role as a Forklift Warehouse Operative; As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, checked, and dispatched accurately and on time. You will also support goods-in operations, stock management, and warehouse organisation while helping to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities as a Forklift Warehouse Operative; * Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet operational targets. * Preparing orders for dispatch, including pallet wrapping and secure loading. * Loading and unloading deliveries using warehouse equipment, including forklifts where qualified. * Checking incoming goods for quality and accuracy and reporting any discrepancies. * Organising stock effectively and ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed. * Completing warehouse documentation accurately, including stock records and delivery paperwork. * Supporting stock control activities, including stock counts and inventory management. * Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment. * Reporting equipment faults, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly. What We're Looking For in Forklift Warehouse Operative; * Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (essential). * Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced environment. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Strong work ethic with a proactive and positive attitude. * Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. * Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards.
