Service Administrator


Hours: 39 hours per week * Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm * Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm Salary: Competitive salary of £27,000 – £30,000 (DOE)  Stable, full-time office-based role About the Role Seeking an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join the team at the Southampton office. This is a key administrative role supporting engineering operations, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently and customers receive a professional and seamless service. Key Responsibilities  Scheduling engineers’ work and arranging customer appointments  Coordinating diaries to ensure efficient planning and productivity  Processing engineers’ paperwork and distributing documentation to customers  Raising and issuing invoices for completed works  Preparing and sending quotations for remedial and repair works  General administrative duties to support the service department The ideal candidate will:  Have previous administrative experience (service/engineering environment preferred)  Be highly organised with strong attention to detail  Be confident managing schedules and prioritising workload  Have good communication skills, both written and verbal  Be comfortable raising invoices and preparing quotations  Be proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems
