Spanish Holiday Advisors

We are looking for Bilingual English / Spanish Holiday Advisors to join our existing team. Our client offers holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone. Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales. The start date is 15th June 2026. Hours: 40 hours between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday – will include 1 weekend day every other week Salary: £26,603 + uncapped commission OTE bonus approximately £3000 per annum Location : Canary Wharf – Hybrid working This is a Hybrid role after completion of training. Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls * Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by the client * Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire * Cancel, modify or confirm holidays already sold * Upsell additional products, services and extended stays Person Spec: * Bilingual in Spanish and English * Excellent customer service * Have a willing to help and resolve queries * Experience in the Tourism industry is an advantage If you feel you are what we are looking for, please send your up to date CV through so I can call and speak to you about the position.
