We are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor for a leading Social Housing provider based in the South West , supporting property services across the local region on a permanent basis. As an Stock Condition Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of surveying services across housing stock, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, compliant with regulations, and fit for purpose. What’s on offer: Rate: £40,000-£45,000 Contract: Permanent Working pattern: 37 hours Hybrid working: Home and site working This role requires travel across the South West to areas including Gloucester and Cheltenham About the Company Our client is a well-established Social Housing group managing a large portfolio of residential properties across the South West and the surrounding areas. They are committed to providing safe, high-quality homes and delivering excellent services to their tenants and communities.
