Brake Press Operator Dorking Salary up to £39,087.36 DOE We are currently recruiting for an experienced Brake Press Operator to join a busy and well-established manufacturing team in Dorking. This Brake Press Operator role offers the opportunity to work with modern CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment. As a Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components, working to engineering drawings and tight tolerances, while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Brake Press Operator looking for a stable, long-term position. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate CNC brake press machinery as a Brake Press Operator Interpret technical drawings and manufacture components to specification Carry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards are met Maintain excellent housekeeping and health & safety standards Work as part of a team to achieve production targetsRequirements: Proven experience working as a Brake Press Operator Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and quality control Experience working with stainless and mild steel Reliable and team-oriented approachShift Pattern: 40 hours per week (permanent role) Rotating weekly shifts: Early: 5:45am – 1:45pm Late: 2:15pm – 10:15pm Monday to Friday Paid 30-minute break each dayImportant: Candidates must be able to travel to Dorking, as public transport does not support these shift timesBenefits: Profit Related Bonus Scheme (approx. 5% of basic salary) 25 days holiday bank holidays Personal Pension Scheme 3.5% employee / 5.5% employer 5% employee / 7.5% employer Life Assurance (5x basic salary from day one)“This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience as a CNC Brake Press Operator, Press Brake Setter Operator, CNC Press Brake Setter, Brake Press Technician, Press Brake Programmer / Operator, CNC Sheet Metal Operator, Sheet Metal Fabricator (Brake Press), Brake Press Setter, CNC Operator (Brake Press), Metal Fabrication Operator, Production Operator – Brake Press, CNC Folding Operator, or Press Brake Engineer.”INDKA
