Production MIG Welder Location: Wolverhampton Pay Rate: £15.76 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to £20.00 per hour when individual production targets are achieved. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 4:30pm The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an experienced Production MIG Welder on behalf of our Wolverhampton-based client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and established manufacturing business specialising in the production of frames. The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced production environment, welding mild steel components up to 1.5mm thick to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: MIG welding mild steel components up to 1.5mm thickness. Working to production schedules and quality standards. Meeting individual production targets. Maintaining a safe and organised working area. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a production MIG welding role. Ability to weld mild steel to a high standard. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £15.76 per hour. Performance-related earnings of up to £20.00 per hour when production targets are met. Regular Monday to Friday working hours.
