This is a long-term, stable role within a clean and well-maintained distribution centre, ideal for candidates searching for: FLT Reach Driver jobs | Warehouse Forklift roles | Reach Truck Operator vacancies | Logistics jobs Derbyshire | FLT Work near Belper ✅ Safety is a top priority, with the site holding a RoSPA Gold Award for 10 consecutive years, demonstrating exceptional standards in health & safety compliance and safe working practices. 💷 PAY - REACH TRUCK DRIVER (FLT) £15.12 per hour - Day shift £17.00 per hour - Afternoon shift Overtime available at enhanced rates Weekly pay 🕒 SHIFT PATTERN (ROTATING OR FIXED SHIFTS AVAILABLE) Monday - Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30 (Days) 14:30 - 23:00 (Afternoons) Friday: 06:00 - 12:00 12:00 - 18:00 ✅ Full-time, ongoing hours ✅ Weekly rotating shift pattern available 🔧 KEY DUTIES - REACH TRUCK DRIVER / FLT OPERATOR As a Reach Truck Driver / Forklift Operator, your duties will include: Operating a Reach Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and policies Performing pre-use FLT checks and reporting faults or defects Line feeding production areas with materials and stock Loading, unloading, and relocating goods within the warehouse Assisting with stock control, replenishment, and goods movement Supporting production with changeovers and material supply Completing general warehouse operative duties as required Manual handling tasks in line with safety guidelines Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised✅ REQUIREMENTS To be considered, candidates must have: A valid Reach Truck Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or equivalent) At least 12 months' experience operating a Reach Truck / FLT Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and forklift operations Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environments Background in similar roles such as FLT Driver, Forklift Operator, Reach Driver, or Warehouse Operative Flexibility to work rotating or fixed shifts Good attention to detail and a strong safety-first mindset🎁 BENEFITS 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Christmas shutdown Free on-site parking Clean, modern working environment Long-term, ongoing work 24/7 on-site support team Opportunities for career progression and permanent roles🚨 APPLY NOW - IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE 🚨 Limited positions available with quick start dates.
